Payment Methods
We accept Visa/MasterCard/Debit cards and Cash. We will no longer accept checks.
Customer Service and Satisfaction
  • Your complete satisfaction at eSTeé Salon is our highest priority. It is our policy to fix any problem if you call us within 3 days of your services, we do not issue refunds.
  • We do not refund money on hair or skincare products. However, we offer full exchanges when you bring your original receipt back.
  • Return on flat irons and other appliances must be done within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • To ensure a private and undisturbed atmosphere we ask you to turn off your cell phone or set it on vibrate while you are at the salon.
  • If you must bring your children with you for your appointment they must be quiet and well behaved at the reception area unless they are receiving a service.
  • Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to relax, enjoy a drink and look at some books. If you arrive late then we might need to reschedule your appointment or your service might be abbreviated so that the next client is not inconvenienced. In case of your abbreviated service, you will be charged the full price of the service.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you need to cancel your appointment at eSTeé Salon, kindly give us a 24 hour notice. Cancellation within 24 hours will be treated as missed appointments. In order to reschedule a missed appointment you must pay the cancellation fee before we reschedule.
  • All first time clients getting a chemical service may require credit card number to secure their appointments. We do this in an effort to deter our competitors or pranksters who wish to set up fraudulent appointments.
  • All no shows will be charged 75% of the service.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in services provided. However, they are much appreciated and we thank you for your generosity.

  • All pricing is based on time and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to change if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your hair needs. If you have any questions about pricing we suggest you ask your stylist prior to your service or when you book your appointment on the phone.
